This flavoursome dip is similar to hummus, but is made using broad beans (also known as fava beans) and spices. Serve with warm flat bread or pitta bread and some nice crunchy vegetables.
Toast the cumin seeds until they start to become fragrant and pop around the pan. Tip into a food processor. Lightly toast the sesame seeds until just golden and tip into the food processor, reserving 1 tablespoon for a garnish.
Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blitz to a smooth paste. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little water.
Spoon into a servin
