To make this an easy ‘stand-up-and-eat’ dish, the sausages are removed from their skins and rolled into balls. Obviously you can also leave them as they come if you’re going to be sitting down to eat. The potatoes are cooked with the sausages, making this a whole meal in one pot. However, it’s also delicious served with the Winter Salad Bowl.
