Traditionally these moist little cakes are made with olive oil and flavoured with lemon zest, but I think the orange flavour goes really well too, especially with the Sparkling Strawberries. They will last a couple of days in an airtight container.

Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas 4.

Mix together the flour, sugar, orange rind, olive oil, egg yolks and milk.
