Delicious to serve with the Orange Magdalenas.
Cut the strawberries in half or quarters if they are particularly large.
Place in a serving bowl or individual champagne flutes or wine glasses. Dust heavily with icing sugar. The amount you use will depend on the sweetness of the strawberries, but don’t be shy with it.
Pour over the cava and leave for about 30 minutes before serving.
