This is a bit of a cheat recipe really, because there is very little to do, but it looks divine and will no doubt be the first pudding to go.
To make the base, melt the butter in a large saucepan and stir in the crushed biscuits. Press into the base and partly up the sides of the tin. Place in the fridge to chill for about 30 minutes or so.
Spread the toffee sauce over the biscuit base and chill for at least 1 hour (overnight is fine).
