I’m a big fan of porridge/oatmeal, especially during the colder months, and I’m always after new ways to serve it. This blew me away when I first made it. I didn’t quite expect the combination of slightly nutty, creamy, almond milk, fragrant orange blossom and distinctive-flavoured pistachio nuts to work so well in a porridge/oatmeal.
