Sugar-free muffins? ‘What’s the point?’, I hear you shout. Well, these fruity little things are still, in my book, a treat. All the fruit ingredients make them sweet enough and the fresh ginger gives your taste buds a nice little kick. So, there’s nothing to miss – get your aprons on people and start baking.
