Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup that consists of stock and noodles, and is flavoured with soy or miso. It can have many different toppings, such as cooked sliced pork or chicken, vegetables and chillies. It’s super-healthy and my recipe is packed full of fresh veg (more than a traditional ramen) and super-tasty prawns coated with 5-spice seasoning.
