Oh my goodness. This just has to be one of the easiest of broths to make and the sheer satisfaction you get when you’ve slurped a bowlful of this is amazing. It’s cleansing, filling, nourishing, comforting and refreshing, and I can’t get enough of it. If you haven’t any kale, you can use any greens you like for this; cavolo nero, cabbage, spring/collard greens, chard or even spinach, depending on the time of year.
