If you love a good burger like me, but feel guilty having devoured one, you’ll love this recipe as it’s a lot better for you and comes with no reduction in taste satisfaction.
To make the pickled radish, put the vinegar, honey and lime leaf in a small saucepan over a medium heat to warm, stirring until the honey has dissolved, then remove from the heat. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then stir in the radishes. Leave to pickle for about 30 minutes.
