This has to be one of my favourite side dishes, not only with a juicy steak or piece of grilled/broiled fish, but also if I’m feeling a bit peckish and want something with a satisfying kick. It also makes a simple lunch that you can throw together in minutes.

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a wok over a medium heat. Stir-fry 1 chopped clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon
