Spelt is a wheat-based grain that’s far lower in gluten than most other wheat flours. The addition of shelled hemp seeds really makes these pizzas stand out. They’re wonderfully high in omega fatty acids, protein, iron and magnesium, and add a rich nutty flavour and texture to the pizza bases. Top the pizzas with your favourite toppings or do as I have and use artichokes, ricotta and olives.
