If you have chicken wings left after preparing chicken breasts, this is a great way to use them. Barbecued chicken wings make a quick and easy snack, salad or lunch dish and are very moreish.

Ingredients

  • 900 g (2 lb) chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Method

Dust the chicken wings lightly with paprika. Add the lemon juice and soy sauce and toss together well. You can cook the wings now, but I prefer to leave them to take on the taste for anything from a few hours to a few days.
