These are quick and easy to make. All you need is a sweet Fruit Purée and some crème fraîche. Crème fraîche is fresh cream that has been treated with a special culture which almost sours the cream and gives it a longer life. It works really well in ice-creams, giving a full flavour. Soft summer fruits, such as strawberries or raspberries, work beautifully in this recipe, but there is no need to wait until the soft fruit s
