This is the sauce that you find in Thai restaurants served with chicken or pork satay. It’s a good sauce to go with barbecued chicken pieces or wings, such as my recipe. You can follow the recipe with lemon and paprika, marinate simply in lime juice, or just plain grill the chicken. You can lift the flavours in the peanut sauce with a dash of lime juice, too.
