I dreamt of opening a Mowgli that served only dahls and rice. There are so many wonderful things you can do with lentils and all of them are so different yet leave you feeling full, but healthily so. Any dahl works wonderfully with spinach tossed in towards the end. It’s a great way to get health by stealth into your loved ones.
