It is so important for a restaurant to have a homemade signature sticky sauce. Well, especially if it is a restaurant that wants to find a way into the hearts of children... and me. In truth Indians don’t have a sticky sauce. The closest we have is the tamarind chutney, but I twisted it and created this finger-licking subversion. You could toss any crisp, fried, battered meat into this and take you and your little ones to nirvana.
