This is a basic way of twisting your yogurt side dish to give it a kick and a punch. It is so important that you fry the cumin seeds so that they are activated into full flavour. The ground coriander adds a herbal note. This is great with vegetable curries and rotis. Its flavours are a little lost with the heavier meat curries.
