Cardamom Coffee Affogato

I will often ask for one of these when I am in Mowgli and fancy something sweet. Affogato is that wonderful Italian idea of espresso over good vanilla ice cream. Go with the best-quality ice cream you can get. The rose petals pretty it up and pistachio always works so well with cardamom. You don’t need them, but they make it very Mowgli.
