Canned lychees really do work best with this drink. Use the syrup and blend that in with the yogurt too. This adds a lot of flavour and also much of the sweetness. Lychees need blending very well as they can be fibrous. Don’t expect the smoothest drink, but do expect a wonderful floral, fresh sweetness.


  • 200 g/7 oz canned lychees
  • 140 g/


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water to thin down to your taste if necessary.
