This is the Mowgli lady in red. Raspberry, passion fruit, herby chartreuse – it is all things to all people. This is one of those drinks that if one passes, no sashays, through the restaurant on a tray, then everyone orders one. It just looks like a party in a glass.

Ingredients

25 ml/1 fl oz Raspberry and Ginger Purée
30 ml/

Method

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice cubes, then shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
Fill a glass of your choice to the top with crushed ice, then strain and pour the cocktail over the ice and into the glass.
Finish by garnishing with a lemon wedge and a fresh raspberry.
