I remember sitting in the window of Bold Street Mowgli in the early days working my socks off on some spreadsheet or other. Danny Miceli, one of our beloved bar backs, affectionately brought me this pick-me-up that he had devised. I loved it. It was sweet, spiced, fresh and happy in so many ways. It had to make the menu.
