This is such a beautiful and precious cocktail to me. It is my mother’s favourite. The problem is that she does knock them back... They are so floral and light and the combination of lychee and rose is uniquely sublime. We use a dried edible rose petal garnish. You can use whole fresh rose petals to pretty it up even more.


  • 50 ml/2 fl oz vodka
  • 50 ml/2 fl oz


  1. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice, then shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
  2. Strain and pour into a chilled coupette glass, then finish by garnishing with a couple of dried rose petals
