Chai Rum has a mulled, Christmas spice-nose and works very well in a sweet long cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 700 ml/24 fl oz/3 cups white rum
  • 20 g

Method

  1. Put the white rum, chai tea and cinnamon sticks in a mixing bowl, then cover and leave to steep for 6 hours, stirring regularly.
  2. Strain and store in an airtight container for up to a month.
