Curry Shoulder is our infusion of whisky with curry leaves. There is a natural smoky aroma in the curry leaves that almost emulates the peat smoke edge of a good whisky.


  • 700 ml/24 fl oz/3 cups bourbon whiskey

  1. Put the bourbon and fresh curry leaves in a mixing bowl, then cover and leave to steep for 48 hours.
  2. Strain and store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
