A great centrepiece for a special occasion, this pâté is full of strong earthy flavours, from the rich duck livers seared in butter to the hearty morels and smooth whiskey. If you get your hands on some morels, this is a good way to show off their peculiar tree-like shape, giving your dinner party or supper a super-seasonal talking point.
