The milk in these fluffy and soft bread rolls is infused with fresh ceps, letting all the sugars and distinct forest flavours take over the dough. Inspired by innovative vegetarian London restaurant Vanilla Black, who gave Liz the idea of flavouring milk with ceps, the recipe brings out the caramel tones of the ceps with a touch of vanilla bean paste and refreshes them anew.
