Soft, creamy and brilliantly green, these sweet Japanese green tea breakfast rolls perfectly complement the sweet taste of Asian enoki mushrooms. Made using a hot water-roux paste, the bread is smooth and fluffy as a result. As soon as the buns were out of the oven, we couldn’t stop eating them – thankfully, all the antioxidants in green tea make them quite good for you.
