Personally, I like my chocolate cakes rich in flavour without being too heavy. This chocolate cake has a subtle coffee flavour, and the light and airy mousse topping is so delicious I could eat it on its own with a spoon! The mousse should ideally be in the refrigerator for 2 hours before it’s whipped up, so it’s important to start making it first.
