This is our family go-to shake. With its sweetness coming solely from the fruit and goji berries, it’s a winner on all fronts – healthy and tasty – and with the apple and cinnamon combination, I can only describe it as a guilt-free apple strudel.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 1 medium eatin

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into glasses to serve.
