  • About

Drinking this tea always transports me to Marrakesh where I first tried tea with rose water. Only a touch of rose water is needed to create the lovely aroma. If I have guests, I usually make it in one large teapot and serve it in little mugs. Every time you pour, the scent of mint, cinnamon and rose water fills the air.

Ingredients

  • 1 l/35 fl oz/ cups boiling water
  • 8-10

Method

Pour the boiling water into a large teapot, then add the mint and cinnamon sticks to infuse.

Dip in the teabag for about 5-6 seconds only, to impart some colour and a little flavour, but not to overpower the other ingredients. Add the rose water and honey, give it a good stir until the honey completely dissolves, and enjoy.
