Olive Mix

We love our olives in Tel Aviv and you’ll often be given a generous plate of olives when seated at a restaurant. Many of the city’s delicatessens offer a wide range of olives, and you can almost lose yourself among the different varieties. This mix uses the flavours of the region. I make sure we always have some in the refrigerator at home.
