Mini Cucumber Pickle with Dill & Garlic

This is my favourite pickle of all! It reminds me of my student life, when I would devour a whole jar in an instant. It was and still is my ultimate snack. It takes about a week for the cucumbers to pickle: you can tell they’re ready when their colour changes from bright green to a deeper olive shade. The smaller the cucumbers, the better and crunchier they taste.
