  • 500 g (1 lb) white Feta cheese
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped and softened with salt


Mash the cheese with a fork. Add the onions, which have been softened by being sprinkled with salt and allowed to drain, the yoghourt, white pepper and eggs. Mix well.
