Ingredients

  • 1 onion, grated
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Fry the onion in 2 tablespoons oil until golden, add the garlic and fry until the aroma rises. Wash and trim the courgettes and boil in salted water. Drain and mash to a pulp. Beat the eggs lightly and mix with all the ingredients. Drop by the tablespoon in a little hot oil in a frying pan and turn
