Mix the potatoes and minced meat together in a bowl. Add beaten egg, and salt and pepper to taste, and knead vigorously by hand until the mixture is very smooth and soft. Fry the pine nuts in butter for a minute or two to colour them lightly. Drain and knead them into the meat and potato mixture, together with the raisins.
