  • 1 kg (2 lb) potatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2

Method

Peel, boil, drain and mash the potatoes, keeping them as dry as possible. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour, and salt and pepper to taste; knead thoroughly until well blended.

Prepare the filling.

Take lumps of the mashed potato mixture the size of a small egg. Shape into balls. Hollow them out with your finger and stuff with the filling. Close the openings over the filling and pat
