  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4–5 tablespoons butter or oil

Method

Sauté the onion in 2 tablespoons butter or oil in a large saucepan until soft and golden. Add the meat and brown all over. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with about 600 ml
