  • 600 ml (1 pint) orange juice or 475 ml (¾ pint<


Strain the orange juice if you wish – I prefer not to. Add lemon juice if you prefer a slightly acid tang.

Boil water and sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and when cool stir in juice and orange blossom water.

Freeze in the same way as the lemon granita above.

A decorative way of serving the ice is to pack it into the scooped-out shells or small oranges.
