Buy fila ready-made in paper-thin sheets. You will need a large deep baking dish, round or square, and a pastry brush. Paint the dish (the sides as well) with melted butter. Fit half the number of pastry sheets in the dish one at a time, brushing each sheet with melted butter and overlapping or folding the sides over where necessary.<
