These soft lacy pancakes are beloved for breakfast in Morocco and other North African countries. Kids love them too. The fermented batter is cooked on one side only. These Moroccan crêpes are also called thousand-hole pancakes because of their honeycomb appearance. This recipe comes from L’Hôtel Marrakech in Morocco, one of my favourite places to stay in the whole world.
