Method

Roll the dough out until it’s 0.75cm thick, 23cm wide and 30.5cm long. Use a ruler or a 7.5cm square cutter to cut out squares. You should get approx. 12 in total (three across and four down).

Flip over each square, brush off any excess flour and put it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Brush each square with egg wash. Stamp the centre of each square with a 4cm square cutte
