Regular-Sized Croissants and 2 Small OnesEasy

Who doesn’t get an oops in their tummy when you take a tray of flaky, burnished croissants out of the oven? Start the dough one day and have them ready for breakfast the next morning.
Lightly flour the work surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle measuring approx. 20cm × 45cm. Brush away any excess flour. Measure and cut into triangles as shown in the diagram.
