• 1 batch of laminated dough
• 20 chocolate sticks

Flour the worktop lightly. Roll the dough into a rectangle measuring approx. 20cm × 45cm. Brush away any excess flour. Cut the rectangle into 10 pieces measuring 9cm × 10cm, as shown in the diagram.
