Ingredients

  • melted butter, for greasing
  • 1 batch of brioche dough
  • 150 g flaked almonds

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4.

To make the frangipane, spread the ground almonds on a baking tray and toast in the preheated oven for 10–
