This simple, speedy flatbread lends itself well to a myriad of different flavour additions. It’s great with Middle Eastern dips and with curries.
Mix all the ingredients together with your hand in a wide bowl to from a soft dough, then knead lightly in the bowl until smooth. Add a little more flour if the dough is too wet or a little more yogurt if it’s too dry. Cover the bowl and rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
