Gluten-Free White Sandwich Loaf or Rolls

I adapted the following recipe from Becky Excell’s recipe for a crusty white sandwich loaf in her book How to Make Anything Gluten Free. This child-friendly, deliciously crusty and light white yeast bread is ideal for sandwiches and packed lunches, as it stays fresh for days. This dough can also be made into rolls for burgers or anything you like.
