Raspberry jam is the easiest and quickest of all jams to make, and one of the most delicious. Loganberries, boysenberries or tayberries may also be used in this recipe.

Jams are more fresh tasting and delicious when made in small batches.

Ingredients

  • 790 g granulated sugar
  • 900 g fresh raspberries

Method

Wash, dry and sterilise 3 × 450g jars in an oven preheated to 100°C/210°F/gas mark ¼ for 15 minutes.
