You’ll never go back to the well-known brand. Taste the hazelnuts first, though, to make sure they are fresh-tasting and haven’t gone rancid.

Ingredients

  • 250 g hazelnuts
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 45 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5.

Spread the hazelnuts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 12–15 minut
