Flavoured butters are one of the best flavour bombs in the cook’s armoury. They can be whizzed up in a flash and are delicious slathered on a slice of bread, toast or crostini or melting on a piece of grilled meat, fish or roast vegetables. Form into a log for ease of slicing. They also freeze well but use within a week or two.
